We are unable to manually apply discount code to orders after they have been placed, so please ensure you enter your code when checking out.

As your order will be processed immediately, we are unable to make any changes for any reason including: changing shipping/billing addresses, inserting discount codes, or swapping/adding items to your order.

Firstly accept our apologies, as we try our very best to deliver the best service possible. Please Contact Us or email us at sales@missmandalay.com and provide us with your name, order number and details of what you have received. Our customer service team will reply back to you and advise you on the next steps.

Once your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking reference along with the details of the postal/shipping company delivering your Miss Mandalay package. First check you have entered the correct delivery address on your order and also check with your neighbours, as they may be holding your package for you. Failing that, contact the shipper and provide them with your tracking details and ask for information on where/when the they package was delivered. If you have followed all of the above steps and still cannot find your package please Contact us or email sales@missmandalay.com stating your name, order number and we will be in contact and determine the next steps.

We currently do not offer a returns service or returns labels. Please follow the returns form inside your package for instructions on how to return items back to us.

We happily accept returns on garments which are in their original condition (unworn, unused, tags on and hygience sticker still intact) within 21 days of receiving your package Please complete the returns form supplied in the order package and ship back to us at the address below. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the package to Miss Mandalay. Exchanges/Refunds will be made once your returns have been delivered back to us.

If you live outside of the European Union (EU) your postage company/shipper will ask you do complete a brief invoice with the package to outline what you are sending and it’s important that you specify RETURNS GOODS/NO SALE VALUE on this paperwork. Packages which are not shipped as RETURNED GOODS may be subject to customs charges when they reach the UK which you will be responsible for before the returns can be delivered to Miss Mandalay. Any costs incurred by customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. For more details please refer to our RETURNS POLICY.

If you live outside of the European Union (EU) then your package may be subject to taxes and duties which are charged by customs in your country. If customs charges are due then your local customs office will calculate any charges and notify you of any fees to pay before the package is delivered. The fee is based on the order value of the goods shipped which are outlined in the shipping invoice provided with your package.

Miss Mandalay is not responsible for these charges and cannot refund or reimburse you for any duty/taxes charged by customs in your country. Any fees which are due are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
