Delivery & Returns


Dispatch Information

We aim to dispatch all purchases within 2 working days of Miss Mandalay confirming acceptance of your order by email. This is subject to stock availability and we will inform you within this time frame if any of your items are unavailable.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched to you, so please ensure that the delivery address is correct.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail (signed for services only) or DPD Local, depending on the region we are delivering to. A signature will be required at the point of delivery.


Delivery Rates

UK Standard Delivery
Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.95 and your order will be sent via by Royal Mail second class ‘recorded delivery’. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt. Estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 working days from the date of dispatch in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines.

UK Next Day Delivery - these orders must be placed by 1pm
Next day delivery is charged at £8.95 and we will send your order by either DPD local or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt. Your package will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will arrive on the second working day after dispatch.

International Delivery
Delivery to overseas customers will be charged at £15.95 and despatched by Royal Mail International Signed For. Estimated delivery time is dependent on your region but specified on the Royal Mail website ( Your parcel will require a signature on receipt.

Please note that occasionally the customs agencies within your country perform security inspections on shipments which can lead to delays of between 2 – 4 weeks. Unfortunately Miss Mandalay cannot control delays due to Royal Mail or your local delivery postal service. If your package is urgent we suggest contacting Miss Mandalay and we can quote a price for a quicker delivery time with UPS.

*Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box address when sending orders out via UPS.


Stock Takes

During the Spring and Summer stock takes our office will be closed for a week and any orders/refunds/exchanges placed in this time will be dispatched once the office resumes full service. 


Free delivery

Miss Mandalay will run free delivery promotions from time to time. To be notified of this and other promotions by email please join our newsletter subscription.


Order Tracking

All dispatched orders will have a tracking number and a signature will be required on delivery. For information on your tracking number please send us a message via our Contact Us page.



All orders dispatched by Miss Mandalay are insured by us until it is delivered to you. A signature will be required at the time of delivery and once a signature has been obtained at your requested destination the responsibility of your purchased goods passes to you. Please note that once a signature at your specified delivery destination has been obtained (for example place of work) then you accept delivery and fulfilment by Miss Mandalay and the transfer of responsibility to you.


Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside of the EU please note that customs charges or import duties may be charged when your order arrives in your country. These charges will be payable by you. Miss Mandalay has no control over these costs and cannot advise how much this could be.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


Miss Mandalay has taken every care to produce high quality products that we hope you will be happy with. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, the following conditions apply:

  • The returns form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the goods you wish to return, within 14 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 21 days for the rest of the world. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. *Returns from outside the EU should be clearly labelled as RETURNS, see address & instructions below. 
  • All goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, not creased, marked or soiled and the garment labels should still be attached. Items which do not comply will be sent back to you and will not eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Miss Mandalay cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Goods should be returned to us by registered post to ensure we receive them.
  • If you wish to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (a postage charge plus any additional product costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods). Miss Mandalay will contact you within 5 working days of receiving your returns.
  • Only garments purchased from the Miss Mandalay website are eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • All refunds exclude postage & package. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete, as the processing time varies between card issuers.
  • We will not make refunds to a third party.
  • Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued.

All items purchased via our website must be returned to the address below. Please enclose your returns form with the goods. *For returned items from countries outside of the EU please clearly mark your package as RETURNS, and the customs slip should state RETURNED GOODS & have a resale value of ZERO. Failure to do so could result in a delay in your package reaching us and additional import duties/taxes charged to you by UK Customs.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, please send us a message via our Contact Us page before returning any goods to us. In your message state your name, order number and the error or fault. If Miss Mandalay agrees that the item is faulty we will either send you a prepaid returns envelope or ask you to send the items back to us and then refund to you the cost of the return postage. Replacement items will then be dispatched free of charge to you.
