Welcome to the Miss Mandalay website terms and conditions. The following points describe the basis for the purchase by you and the sale by Miss Mandalay of the goods described on this website. We recommend that you read the following terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. Miss Mandalay aims to continually offer you the best quality garment in your size, so please be advised that some styles & shades may differ slightly from the images shown.

We hope you find shopping with Miss Mandalay an enjoyable experience. To buy from us simply browse through the ranges, click on any items you wish to purchase, choose your size and then your garments will be added to your shopping basket.

Once you have finished shopping click on the checkout icon and you will be taken to a secure area to enter your credit card details. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Prices exclude postage and package which is added to your order on the checkout page. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped.

Miss Mandalay takes payment in pound sterling. If you are shopping from outside of the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. You may also order from Miss Mandalay directly by posting your request and enclosing a cheque. Goods will be sent out to you once your cheque has cleared

We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards. All credit card payments are processed via Protx and Streamline (Natwest) and both are authorised card clearing businesses. When you select payment by Protx you will be asked to enter your credit card details via secure pages (a padlock symbol will appear on screen to indicate that you are in a secure area). Your payment will be processed via a secure server and your card details will be fully encrypted, which means your numbers will not be displayed.

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days so you can expect your order within 5 working day. However, if your size is out of stock we will endeavour to have your item made to order. The delivery times for made to order is within 28 days and Miss Mandalay will make contact to advise you of this. If the offered delivery schedule of within 28 days does not meet with your approval then Miss Mandalay will gladly cancel your order.

Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

We cannot estimate Customs & Import duties in your country. If import duty is to be paid before Customs Authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay these duties and taxes. Miss Mandalay cannot be held responsible for Customs Charges and any delays due to payment not being made in your country.

All goods will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

Miss Mandalay has taken every care to produce high quality products that we hope you will be happy with. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, the following conditions apply:

The information you provide to us will only be used to process your order and to communicate new products or services that we feel will be of interest to you. By supplying Miss Mandalay with your details, you are consenting to us using your details in the ways described above. If you would rather not receive email updates from Miss Mandalay, please contact us and we'll remove your details from our mailing list.
