Please ensure you have carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions before you place an order. You should understand that by placing an order, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Miss Mandalay (The Seller) and that you accept the following terms and conditions as detailed below.

These are the standard terms & conditions of sale.

Contract Formation

There is no contract for sale of any product between you and Miss Mandalay until you have received notification that the order is accepted.

The quantity and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order.

All orders made by you through the Miss Mandalay website are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

Product Information

Although we take care to ensure that all production information on this website is accurate, Miss Mandalay cannot guarantee an exact colour match of images shown on your monitor to the delivered goods. Some styles & shades may vary slightly from the images shown.

All goods are subject to availability. Miss Mandalay will notify you as soon as possible if an item in your order is out of stock.

Price of Goods

Miss Mandalay reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

The price of the Goods does not include postage and packaging (P&P) or any applicable

Customs or Tax Charges (orders outside of the EU). The charge for P&P will be clearly listed on your order form. For more information see our delivery page.

All prices quoted on the Miss Mandalay website are quoted in UK Sterling and where applicable are inclusive of UK tax (VAT). Orders sent to addresses outside of the EU are not subject to VAT and this will be deducted where applicable from your order.  

Payment

Miss Mandalay accepts most major credit cards, debit cards and payment by Paypal. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express or Laser Cards. You are also able to pay at our website using Miss Mandalay gift vouchers (e-vouchers).

Gift Vouchers

Our Gift Vouchers are sent electronically on the date you specify to the email address given. Payment for the gift voucher will be charged on purchase not on the date of issue and are valid for 12 months from issue. The value of the gift voucher is your choice.

Confirmation of the Gift Voucher will only be sent to the purchaser once the order is confirmed by Miss Mandalay. Gift Vouchers can only be cancelled by the purchaser within 1 hour of purchase and will not be valid until confirmation email received. Unwanted Gift Vouchers cannot be returned and voucher codes cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Items bought using gift vouchers can be returned or exchanged but not refunded, only additional monies paid over and above the gift voucher will be refunded and a new gift voucher code will be issued. When a new gift voucher is issued it will expire on the same date as the original gift voucher.

If you spend more than your gift voucher value you can pay the additional money at checkout, if you spend less than the gift voucher value you will have a credit balance to use later using the same voucher code.

Using your gift voucher is easy just enter your unique code at checkout. You may purchase more than one gift voucher at the same time.

 

Risk and Property

You will be responsible for the goods as soon as Miss Mandalay has delivered them.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Miss Mandalay has taken every care to produce high quality products that we hope you will be happy with. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, the following conditions apply:

  • The returns form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the goods you wish to return, within 7 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 14 days for the rest of the world. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. *Returns from outside the EU should be clearly labelled as RETURNS, see address & instructions below.
  • All goods must be returned unworn, unwashed, not creased, marked or soiled and the garment labels should still be attached.
  • Miss Mandalay cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Goods should be returned to us by registered post.
  • If you wish to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to dispatch of replacement goods).
  • All refunds exclude postage & package.
  • We will not make refunds to a third party.
  • *** Please note that any orders/refunds made during the Spring Stock take will not be processed until the 29th February 2016 ***

All items purchased via our website must be returned to the address below. Please enclose your returns form with the goods. *For returned items from countries outside of the EU please clearly mark your package as RETURNS, and the customs slip should state RETURNED GOODS & have a resale value of ZERO. Failure to do so could result in a delay in your package reaching us and additional import duties/taxes charged to you by UK Customs.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, please send us a message via our Contact Us page before returning any goods to us. In your message state your name, order number and the error or fault. If Miss Mandalay agrees that the item is faulty we will either send you a prepaid returns envelope or ask you to send the items back to us and then refund to you the cost of the return postage. Replacement items will then be dispatched free of charge to you.

 

Customer Account

By becoming a registered customer at our website you will have access to your own personal account, for which you will be required to assign a password. Only you will be able to access your account, and it is important to not share your password with others. Your personal information provided are kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Intellectual property right and right to use

The Miss Mandalay logo on this website is a registered trademark of Miss Mandalay Ltd. All images and text on this website are owned by Miss Mandalay Ltd and any reproduction of these is prohibited.

 

Other information

Miss Mandalay accepts no responsibility or liability for the content or availability of goods on other websites which we may link to.

 

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. Both you and Miss Mandalay Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Miss Mandalay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
